SUNDAY RESET

๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ Sunday Reset
After church or your own Sunday morning plans, let us…
Pause. Breathe. Reflect. And Reset. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ

1. SET INTENTIONS

Decide what you want to focus on. Take a few moments to set your goals, priorities, and organize your calendar for the week.

More than that, decide how you want to feel this week and write down your thoughts and feelings.

There is power in claiming your emotions.

2. PLAN YOUR MEALS ๐Ÿฅ˜

Plan a personal favorite for the middle of the week. Give yourself something to look forward to.

Make your grocery list and see where you can fit everything in most comfortably.

Add a tiny splurge just for you. A favorite ice cream, chocolate bar, that Arizona Tea, or even a bottled Starbucks favorite.

3. QUICK HOUSE RESET ๐Ÿก

Tidy the main living spaces, clear the kitchen, reset the bathrooms, and put things back where they belong.

Don’t spend hours cleaning. You have all week for your cleaning schedule and routines.

4. MORNING PREP & GO BAG ๐ŸŽ’

Backpacks, clothes, shoes, lunches, paperwork, work stuff.

Save time & stress.

Get tomorrow’s chaos as organized as possible tonight.

If you like to plan outfits, like I do, then do it. Anything that makes tomorrow morning a little easier counts.

5. ESSENTIAL LAUNDRY ONLY ๐Ÿงบ

Do that quick load of laundry to make sure you have everything you need for the week.

Don’t do more laundry than you have to today.

Check out my laundry routine for ways to make an easier week and how to avoid a trip to Mount Laundry. ๐Ÿ˜‚

6. MAKE TIME FOR CONNECTION โค๏ธ

Set aside a little time to connect with the people you love.

Put the phones down and actually be together.

It doesn’t have to be elaborate. Just intentional.

๐Ÿ“š Read a family book together.

๐Ÿ“บ Start a Sunday-night show everyone looks forward to.

โค๏ธ Call someone you haven’t talked to lately.

7. RESET & UNWIND โ˜•

Take a Little Time for You.This one really matters.

Coffee. โ€ข A shower. โ€ข A book. โ€ข A porch sit.

A quiet half hour where nobody needs anything from you.

If you’re a mama, put the kids to bed an extra 30 minutes earlier.Leave some room to give yourself some alone time. Enjoy some hot tea or a little treat for yourself.

Reset what you can.

Release what you can’t.

Start the week with grace. ๐Ÿ•Š๏ธ
